826 Oklahoma

Project outline:

826 is a nonprofit organization that focuses on supporting under-resourced students with creative and expository writing skills. For this project, we were randomly assigned cities by chance, and I ended up with the task of designing an 826 store for Oklahoma!

My vision:

Drawing inspiration from Oklahoma's history of the gold rush and its rapid wealth accumulation, my store focuses on themes of money and financial literacy. The design captures a playful sense of sneakily grabbing coins, creating an engaging atmosphere that encourages kids to learn about managing finances while having fun.
